Business Lister/Salesman

Experienced sales representatives required, preferably with business to business, advertising or real estate backgrounds. The successful applicants will be responsible for MPS activities in their own geographical areas with high levels of head office support. These are frontline positions visiting business owners on a fixed appointment basis (five per day) explaining the companies services and taking instructions to place the business on the market. Appointments are made by head office during normal business hours. The position also involves escorting clients on business viewings either as day clients or those on inspection trips.

Applicants must be able to work on their own initiative as this is an entrepreneurial role. The ability to be able to converse in Spanish is a requirement. Remuneration is via generous commission levels and profit sharing schemes. OTE €70,000

Telemarketers

The positions are at our Moraira office on the Northern Costa Blanca. Previous experience is an advantage but not necessary as training is given. We operate in a friendly atmosphere and the role is calling business owners from databases and asking them if they are looking to sell their business and making appointments for our representative's. We operate a computerised system so basic computer skills are required as is the ability to converse in Spanish. Remuneration is via high commission levels.
